LAURELIN presented at the TITECH-RWTH workshop on hydrogen: Conversion of CO2 to fuel and chemicals
At the beginning of December, Professor Teruoki Tago from the Department of Chemical Science and Engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology presented the LAURELIN project at a workshop on hydrogen jointly organised by the Institute and the RWTH Aachen University. Researchers from Japan and Germany met online to deepen exchange and cooperation on this topic.
The Tokyo Institute of Technology is a partner of the LAURELIN project, financed by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) under the SICORP program.
The first day of the workshop was dedicated to the generation and production of hydrogen, while the second day to its storage and transportation. Professor Tago chaired the workshop’s third day which was focused on the application and utilisation of hydrogen. He also gave a presentation on its LAURELIN-related research on “Conversion of CO2 to fuel and chemicals.”
